New - Centralise your project intake process with the new Work Requests functionality
Project intake (aka Demand Management) is the process an organisation puts in place to review and evaluate demand for new programs, projects or changes to existing projects. Having a well-defined process brings consistency to project proposals and enables the PMO and governance team to make informed decisions.
Follow these steps to create a project intake process:
- Create or convert a project intake board by setting it to receive Community Requests.
- Customise the project intake forms using the board task types and properties.
The intake process flow is then very easy:
- Any member of the organisation can submit a new work request by using the Work Request functionality under the Create menu in the top navigation bar.
- Requests are then sent to the board backlog for the PMO and governance team to review and process.
- Users who initiated the requests can track the status and collaborate on the request by navigating to their Sent Items page.
New - Export Financials by Expense Types to Word and PPT
You can now export financials by expense types to Word or PPT. You can find more information on how to build your Word or PPT template here.
Enhancement - Project Health Report
The Project Health Report page has been redesigned to include the project start and end dates, the project description and proposed solution, and the project benefits.
13th February Patch Release
New - Project and workhubs managers can see all actions from the linked entities
- Project and workhubs managers can see all actions from the meetings, boards or projects linked to the project or workhub even if they do not have access to these entities.
- This is to allow program / project manager to have full visibility into the program / project activities.
- Only actions from private meetings or private boards cannot be seen.
Fixed
- Fixed a bug where board cards could not be dragged horizontally if grouped by projects or person custom properties.
- PDF annotation functionality was wrongly displayed for links to PDF documents.

Performance improvement
- Changes have been made to the way the cache is managed to improve performance and memory utilisation.
Fixed
- Fixed a display issue on a process board when dragging a card grouped by theme.
- Fixed a duplication issue when grouping by engagement type on the community grid.
- Fixed the display of non project line time intervals on timesheet pages.
