February 2020 Release Notes

29th February 2020 Patch Release

This release includes a few enhancements and bug fixes.

Enhancements

Export to Word/PowerPoint: new property added to export Impact RAG status date and RAG status history.
Bulk Edit: improved error logging messages.
Meeting Capture: better support for meeting item formatting has been added.

Bug Fixes

Fixed error with Forgot password email functionality.
Fixed Javascript error when loading a board page for a word that has special characters in its name.
Fixed error when cancelling a meeting session from Outlook.
Export to Excel dialog now works on IE11.

21st February 2020 Release

This release includes many UI enhancements.

Export to Excel

The export to Excel dialog has been redesigned to improve the user experience and also display a detailed description of the type of data returned by each report.

Export to Word

The Export to Word/Powerpoint dialog also offers a new interface with a complete description of each template.

Bulk Edit

The Bulk Edit dialog too has been redesigned. Any errors during the upload process are now displayed to make the bulk edit process easier to use.

Homepage components

Homepage components layout have been improved.

Other enhancements

Export to PowerPoint
- it is now possible to export the project schedule Gantt image to PowerPoint
Upcoming Meetings
- The Upcoming Meetings component on the homepage now displays the number of documents that have been uploaded to the meeting session.
Conclude Meeting
- The title of the meeting minutes file send to all attendees when a session is concluded has been changed to include the name of the meeting and the date of the session.
Benefits / Ongoing Costs components
- Qualitative tab is now displayed by default if it has content and the Quantitative tab does not.

Bug fixes

Resource Plan upload feed - It is now possible to create new users with a username that includes the '@' symbol.
Meeting session - the issue with adding a description to actions/decisions added from previous sessions has ben fixed.
Boards - Group by Parent functionality has been fixed.
