Knowledge Base
The quickest way to find the help you need is to use our user guide. We've found that most people don't need to get in touch after reading one of our articles.
Our knowledge base has an array of information on all functionality and step-by-step guides on how to use the different features.
You can access the knowledge base by clicking here. You can also find the link by clicking on the ? information icon (at the top right of the navigation panel) and by selecting the Knowledge Base option.
Live Chat
To get help fast, start a Live Chat with one of our agents who will be able to help you with your queries. Our live chat service is open during business hours. If you have a question outside business hours, you can still post it and you will get a reply on the next working day.
Accessing the Live Chat is easy, simply click on the Support link in the second navigation bar.
Click on the Live Support section and start typing your question.
All interaction will be saved in that chat and can be accessed at any point in time.
Our team is always on the other end to assist you, connect with us via email when working offline from Fluid by emailing support@fluid.work.
And don't forget that you can always reach to your account manager!
