The Global Create Button allows you to create a number of things on Fluid with just a click of a button. Ranging from Meetings to Actions, as well as generating a New Project Search and much more. 



After clicking on the Create button on the top right navigation panel you will be presented with different options depending on what entities you want to create.




New Actions/Decision Request


After selecting the New Action/Decision Request selections you will be taken to a window where you can populate the action request with your information, click on Create to send it out.







New Work Request


After selecting the New Work Request button you will be taken to a window where you can select the board you want to send a work request to.



After selecting a board you want to send the request to, you will be taken to a form that you can fill out and send out by clicking on Create or Create & Close.

New Timesheet


After selecting the New Timesheet button you will be taken to the timesheet page where you can select between different date ranges for the time you want to allocate for. You can also select if you want to Save and come back to the timesheet for future edits, or submit straight after filling in your timesheet by clicking on Submit.

New Meeting


After selecting the New Meeting selection you will be taken to a window where you can select which template you want to use for the meeting you are creating. You may select a saved template on Fluid or use the option to start with an empty session.



You will be taken to the page to fill in all your meeting information including the meeting Name, Date, Attendees, Meeting Type and whether you want the meeting to be a Private meeting or not.

New Project/Program


After selecting the New Project/Program selection you will be taken to a window where you can start populating different information about your new project like the Project Name , Type, Start Date and the Primary Manager of your project. Then proceed to click on Create Project to finish.

New WorkHub


After selection the New WorkHub selection you will be taken to a window where you can populate your chosen information. For instance Name, Owners, Members, short description under "Purpose" and if you'd like the WorkHub to be private or not. Click on Create to finish.

New Board


To create a new board, click on the New Board selection on the Create toggle. It will then take you to a form to create your new board. The top part of the form is used to capture your new board details that you will need to populate with your chosen information like Board Title, Owners, Description and Board Type (Sprint/Kanban).

New Project Search


To run a search for a project with different selections or sections of a project with specific option/selections on a project details field.


For instance, search for projects that have a specific user as a Primary Manager, Owner or Executive of a project. You can also search with the title on the Global Search button, you can refine your search with this option by way of putting in multiple searchable information to refine your search. You can also save your search results as a new Dashboard on your workspace by clicking on the Save To Dashboard option.
