Managers require access to key data at a glance for effective management and reporting. Grouping assignees with specific themes in boards is a great way to do this!
In this article, we will cover the steps on how to group assignees with specific themes.
Step 1. Navigate to the board to create the group
- Navigate to the board page and click on the Group button. A drop-down menu will appear, search for and select the Assignee option from the list.
Step 2. Group the assignees with a theme
- With the assignees grouped, the next step is to associate a specific theme to the group. Click on the Filter button, where a drop-down menu will appear. Select Theme from the list of options. A further drop-down menu will appear where you can set the theme of choice. Click Ok to apply.
Now that the filter is applied, you are able to manage your assignees' tasks as a group based on a theme.
