30th November Patch Release

Performance Improvement

  • Schedule plan Bulk edit functionality has been redesigned to improve performance when uploading large content.


Improvement / Bug Fixes

  • Status report strapline input box automatically expands to display the text in full.
  • Removed unnecessary horizontal scroll bar on meeting items.
  • Fixed resource name wrapping issue on community plan page.

NEW FEATURE: Board Task Custom Properties

Board Task Properties allow you to customise your boards to collect custom data that is relevant to your business process.


Boards can be applied to any types of work or business areas. Example of boards include software development boards, content marketing boards, customer support boards, sales pipeline boards, process management boards and much more.


Regardless of the business domain, all boards consist of vertical columns to indicate which stage a task is in, tasks (or cards) that represent the work to be done and themes (or epics or swimlanes) to group tasks that have the same organisation goal or belong to the same body of work.


Task properties allow you to add custom data to board cards to better describe your business process. They can for instance be used to:

  • indicate which client a task is for
  • link to the project the submission is for
  • add additional business data like the sponsoring organisation or the executive sponsor
  • track the submission date or the submitter name




NEW FEATURE: Ability to group projects by programs and parent projects  

The Project with Status component on dashboard pages has been  improved to see projects grouped by the programs / parent projects they report into.



Select Show Grouped By Hierarchy to change the view to show the projects grouped by hierarchy.




ENHANCEMENT: Archive Project dialog

When archiving a program or a parent project (a project that has sub projects), you can now decide to archive the program / project only or all projects in the project hierarchy.




ENHANCEMENT: Meeting Capture Shortcut Keys

Capture and format meeting content quicker by using meeting shortcut keys. The list of available keyboard shortcuts can be found below your meeting session items.




ENHANCEMENT: Wrap text on check list items

Check list item content now wraps automatically to make it easier to read.


Other enhancements / Bug Fixes

  • User interface on various pages has been improved
  • Save All button on meeting session page has been fixed.
