The Project Details export file returns project information and meta-data for a project and all its sub-projects.


The report also includes the reportable custom properties for the project.

ProjectIdThe project unique ID in Fluid.
ProjectGuidFluid Global Unique Identifier for the project.
ProjectRefThe project external reference. 
Project NameThe project name.
ShortcodeThe project short code.
MethodologyThe project methodology.
Project TypeThe project type.
Cap EligibilityIndicates whether the project is eligible for capitalisation.
Cap ProfileThe project capitalisation profile.
Start DateThe project start date.
End DateThe project end date.
Created On
The date that the project was initially created on.
Project Implementation DateThe project implementation date.
Discretionary vs Non-discretionaryIndicates whether the project is Discretionary or Non-discretionary.
Amortisation PeriodThe period (in months) over which the project will be amortised.
CategoryThe project category.
FundingSourceThe project funding source.
StatusThe project status.
Immediate ParentThe immediate parent for the project in the Project Hierarchy.
Immediate Parent IdThe Fluid unique ID of the immediate parent project.
Immediate Parent RefThe external reference of the immediate parent project.
Top Parent ProjectThe Top Parent project for the project in the Project Hierarchy.
Top Parent Project IDThe Fluid unique ID of the Top Parent project.
Top Parent Project RefThe external reference of the Top Parent Project. 
ProgramThe name of the program the project belongs to.
Program IDThe Fluid unique ID of the program the project belongs to.
Program RefThe external reference of the program the project belongs to. 
ReportingProgramThe Reporting Program the project is linked to.
Reporting Program IdThe Fluid unique ID of the reporting program the project belongs to.

Primary PMThe primary manager responsible for the project.
Primary PM IdThe primary manager's username.
OwnerThe owner of the project.
Owner IdThe project owner's username.
ExecutiveThe project executive.

Business OwnerThe project business owner.
