How to access your projects

There are various ways a project manager or project administrator can access their projects in Fluid. Please continue reading to find out the different options.

Access your projects from the homepage

You can use the Active Projects component to access the projects you have recently visited. The list of projects displayed is also dependent on your instance configuration. The instance can be set up to:

  • only display the projects you are assigned to or are the project manager of, or
  • display any projects you recently accessed.

Global Search

Search for your projects by title or external reference by using the global search option at the top of the navigation panel and click on the project to access its workspace.

Profile Page

You can also find the list of the projects you are allocated to by navigating to your profile page (select the View My Profile link under your avatar).

The Active Projects component will display the projects you own or are assigned to you.

Project Dashboard

The project dashboard is another option to find the project you want to access.

To find a project, you can use:

  • Search Project option - search projects by title or external reference

  • Project Filters - use project filters to surface projects based on certain criteria

Favourites

Another quick way to access the projects that you are working on is to save them as Favourites from the project's workspace by selecting the favourites option (star icon).

You can then access your favourite projects from the Favourites icon at in the top navigation bar.

Recent Activity

Finally, you can use the recent activity list to retrieve the projects you recently visited.
