Link Meeting Outputs to your Project

Modified on Tue, 22 Mar, 2022 at 5:15 PM

Linking meetings to your project centralises all the action logs so that you have one place to manage your to-do list!

The action logs are also pulled into project reporting making consolidating the activity around your project as easy as clicking a button.

Click on LINK A MEETING to link an existing meeting - or on CREATE A MEETING to create a new meeting and have it automatically linked to the project workspace.

To remove a linked meeting from the project, click on theicon next to the meeting entry.

All the tasks from the linked meetings will surface into the Actions and Decisions Log on the Project Workspace...

Linking a meeting to a Project as the SteerCo

Under the meta-data section of the project, click on Add a Meeting

Select CREATE A NEW STEERCO MEETING to create a meeting and automatically link it to the project, or LINK AN EXISTING MEETING to link an existing meeting as the SteerCo.

A meeting can only be linked to a single project as a SteerCo - i.e. you cannot have the same meeting linked to multiple projects.

If you search for a meeting and it is not found, check that the meeting is not already linked as the SteerCo to another project. You can do this by navigating to the meetings dashboard to see if there is already a linked project (see image at the bottom of the page).

The linked SteerCo will be shown under the project meta-data...

Clicking on the meeting name will navigate you into the SteerCo meeting. The Meeting Dashboard page presents the details of the linked project (clicking here will navigate you back to the project), and pulls the Status report section of the project to the Meeting.
