Financials: Full Year Financial Report

Modified on Wed, 30 Sep 2020 at 08:26 PM

User roles: ✔ Project Access ✔ Financial Access

The Full Year Financial Report is our most comprehensive project report as it gives a complete financial view of the project.

Contrary to the Financial Detailed Export that returns the details of each financial records posted in the selected date range, the Full Year Financial Report gives the aggregated view of the project financials, rolling up financials from the sub projects. The report includes among others:

  • life to date actuals
  • forecast for the remaining duration of the project
  • capex and opex forecast and actuals
  • estimated project cost at completion
  • full year profit and loss

Only users with Financial Access permissioning on their account can download the Full Year Financial Report file.
