Fluid's dynamic, real-time project reporting allows you to filter, group and sort sub-sets of projects.


An extensive library of report layouts for health, status, financials, impacts, resourcing, scheduling and PMO reporting make it much easier to find the report you need to tell your story.




 



Dashboards: Create and save your own pre-defined reports. For more on creating and managing Dashboards, click here.


Switch Report Layout: Select one of Fluid's pre-built layouts to get the report you need.





Change Portfolio: Switch between the portfolios registered in Fluid. Portfolio's and sub-portfolios help with grouping projects into meaningful structures. The portfolio's available depend on how the instance has been configured.








Filter the projects returned in any given report that has been selected using all the meta-data fields available under Project Details. Filter on the left navigation highlights all the categories that are filtered on . 


Search for projects with key words in their title.










Displays the Report Layout currently selected and the filters that are applied to the report. 


Remove filters from here or change the filter selection in the left hand filter panel.








Save the current view as your default so that it displays every time you access Projects.

The tools menu provides options to:


PDF Page: Extract the page currently displayed to PDF.


Export to Excel: Extract the information for the projects in the the current view to Excel so it can be analysed off-line. 





Export to Word/Powerpoint: Export the information for the projects in the the current view to Word or Powerpoint templates.

Bulk Edit: Bulk edit can be used to quickly update large amounts of data.
