Meetings can be accessed from:
- the homepage
- the global search functionality
- the Meetings page
- the ChatHub
The next sections explain each of these options in details.
Fluid homepage
You can navigate to your home page at any time by clicking on the Fluid Logo top right of the browser window.
In the Upcoming Meetings section of the home page you can see all your upcoming meetings - the date, time and location, as well as a summary count of your assigned or overdue items from each meeting.
Click on a meeting title to open the meeting dialog with more meeting details:
Agenda for the session;
Meeting attendees and confirmed attendance;
Shared documents.
Click on Go To Session to navigate to the meeting session page.
Click on Go To Dashboard to navigate to the meeting dashboard page.
If you do not see your meeting in the Upcoming Meetings component, try to change the filtered timeframe using the dropdown or select My Meetings to navigate to a full list of all your meetings (see the Meetings Page section in this article).
Alternatively, you can use the recent Meeting Activity section that is displayed below your upcoming meetings to access your meetings. Just click on the title of a session to navigate to the meeting session page.
Global Search
You can search for the meeting you want to access by using the search functionality. Select the search icon in the top navigation.
Type in the name of the meeting you are looking for.
Meetings page
Select Meetings from the top navigation, or select My Meetings from the Meetings section of the home page.
Use the left hand filtering to change the view and find the meeting you are looking for.
Click on a meeting title to expand it and get more information on the agenda, attendance; and a count of open or overdue actions/decisions - on the meeting in general and on you.
Select Meeting Details to open the meeting dialog and navigate to the meeting dashboard or the meeting session. Or click on Go To Session to go to the upcoming session page.
Chat Hub
In the Chat Hub select the channel of the meeting you want to access.
Click on the meeting name at the top of the channel to open the meeting in a new tab.
If you cannot find your meeting it may have been archived! Contact the team on support@fluid.work for help in retrieving it.
