Collaborator Rules

Modified on Wed, 9 Aug, 2023 at 11:57 AM

Users with a Collaborator license type have a range of capabilities within Fluid. They can efficiently update project and meeting actions, and actively create new actions to drive progress. As members of specific meetings, they can access and engage in relevant discussions.

However, they are not able to assume meeting ownership or project management roles, nor can they access workhubs or boards. Additionally, they do not have visibility into project financials or dashboards beyond what they have been assigned to.

This collaborator license strikes a balance between granting necessary permissions for active yet limited participation while ensuring certain restrictions to maintain project integrity and confidentiality.
