Modified on Tue, 22 Nov, 2022 at 8:48 AM

Using Outlook Internet Calendar, you can view both your Fluid meetings and your Outlook calendar entries, side-by-side in Outlook.

In this article, we will cover the steps on how to link your Fluid meetings to Outlook using the Internet calendar option.

Step 1. Copy link from the Fluid home page

  • From the 'Upcoming Meetings for Today' section of your Fluid home page, click on the 'Link your Fluid meetings to Outlook' icon.

  • Click Copy link and the URL will be added to your clipboard. Click Close.

Step 2. Open Outlook Calendar

  • Click on Add calendar from the calendar view.

  • Click on Subscribe from web from the navigation panel on the left of the dialogue.

  • Paste the URL you copied from Fluid into the link field. Below it, give your internet calendar a name. You can also personalise your calendar with a colour theme.

  • Click Import at the bottom of the dialogue and you're done! You can now view your newly linked internet calendar under "Other calendars" in Outlook.

NOTE: You will notice when your newly imported internet calendar is selected, the "Split View" button will appear in the calendar view options. When you click to select it, you will be able to view your calendars side-by-side.
