Password Reset

If you forgot your password or you want to change it, you can:

reset your password from the login page.
ask an administrator to reset your password.
change your password from the reset password page.

Resetting your password from the login page

1	If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the login page.

2	Enter your email address and click on Send Reset Email. If the email address is associated with a registered account, you will shortly receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

3	Click on the Reset Password button in the mail or copy/paste the link provided below it.

4	Enter your new password and click on RESET. Your password has now been updated and you can use your new password to log into Fluid.

Asking an administrator to reset your password

If you have forgotten the email address you registered your account with, you can ask an administrator to send you the forgot password email. You will receive the same email as per the above instructions and you just need to follow the steps listed above.

Changing your password

You can change your password at any time.

1	Select Reset Password from the dropdown under your avatar.

2	Enter your current password and your new password & click on RESET.
