Project Ongoing Costs can be downloaded from your Project Workspaces or Project Dashboards.
Column description
Column & Title | Description |
FinanceType | The ongoing cost type. Indicates whether the ongoing cost is a Amortized or Capitalized record. |
Benefit Type | The type of ongoing cost, whether Qualitative or Quantitative. |
Fiscal Year | The year the ongoing cost applies to. |
StartDate | The start date that the ongoing cost was presented/realised. |
Type | The ongoing cost subtype. |
Status | The ongoing cost status, i.e. whether the ongoing cost is open or closed. |
Project | The project title the ongoing cost applies to. |
ProjectId | Fluid project unique ID. |
ProjectRef | The project external reference. |
ProjectStatus | The current project status. |
ParentProject | The Top Parent project of the project in the Project Hierarchy. |
ParentProjectId | The unique ID of the Top Parent project. |
ParentProjectRef | The Top Parent project external reference. |
Title | The ongoing cost title. |
Description | The ongoing cost description. |
Classification | This column is only applicable to Resourcing ongoing costs and represents the name of rate card applied to the ongoing cost. This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing ongoing costs. |
Taxon | The additional categorisation of ongoing costs. |
Currency | The currency code the ongoing cost value is in. This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing ongoing costs. |
Allocation | The ongoing cost resource allocation value. This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing ongoing costs. |
Value | The ongoing cost amount for the fiscal year in the default currency. |
LocalValue | The ongoing cost amount in the currency the ongoing cost was entered in. This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing ongoing costs. |
RestatedValue | The ongoing cost amount in the restated currency. |
ExpenseCategory | The expense category the ongoing cost applies to. This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing ongoing costs. |
ExpenseType | The expense type the ongoing cost applies to. This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing ongoing costs. |
Portfolio | The portfolio the ongoing cost applies to. This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing ongoing costs. |
SubPortfolio | The subportfolio the ongoing cost applies to. This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing ongoing costs. |
CostCentre | The cost centre the ongoing cost applies to. |
Probability | The likelihood of the ongoing cost occurring – High, Medium or Low. |
Owner | The name of the owner. |
OwnerId | The Fluid ID of the owner. |
OwnerRef | The username of the owner. |
ActionDate | The date of when the acknowledgement status was sent to the owner of the ongoing cost. |
ActionStatus | The status of the acknowledgement sent to the owner of the ongoing cost. |
RAGStatus | The RAG status of the entry - specify between Red, Amber or Green. |
Strapline | The RAG status strapline. |
StatusDate | The RAG status date. |
CreatedBy | The name of the user who created the ongoing cost. |
CreatedById | The Fluid ID of the user who created the ongoing cost. |
CreatedByRef | The username of the user who created the ongoing cost. |
LastModifiedBy | The name of user that last updated the ongoing cost. |
LastModifiedByID | The Fluid ID of the user that last updated the ongoing cost. |
LastModifiedByRef | The username of the user that last updated the ongoing cost. |
LastModified | The date that the ongoing cost was last updated. |

Guid | Fluid Global Unique Identifier for the ongoing cost. |
