Timesheets: Missing Timesheet

The ability to stay on track with each resource's progress provides a smooth organisational process. As a timesheet administrator, keeping trackon submitted/unsubimtted timesheets is important.

You can export missing timesheets from the Timesheet Administration page using:

• the export functionality on the Timesheet Compliance component,
• or the export to Excel functionality under Tools.

Export Weekly Missing Timesheets 

Use the Timesheet Compliance component to export the missing timesheets if you need the see who has not submitted their timesheets for a given week. 

Simply click on the missing timesheet icon (red excel export option) against the week you need to missing timesheets for.

Export Missing Timesheets for a custom date range

If you need to export the missing timesheets for a specific date range, use the Missing Timesheets functionality under the Tools menu.

Missing timesheet option can be accessed via Export to Excel under Tools.  

Select the date range you want the missing timesheets for and either download the report or get it emailed to you.
