Enhancement - Use the action short ID to reference an action or decision

• Action short id is now visible on all actions and decisions dashboard for easy reference.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue with Gantt View PDF export.
• Emailing the PDF version of an export to template report was was not sending the PDF format.

15th July Release

New - Bullet Lists, Bold, Italics and your Export to Word Templates 

You can now render rich content in your Word templates. Use the new [RICH] field attribute tag to use the Html version of the field. Then use your export to Word Template as normal to see the rich content in the report.

New - Configure your own columns in the Gantt Chart view

You can now configure the columns you want to be displayed in the Gantt chart grid. Simply click on the configure columns icon or select Configure columns from the Tools menu to access the configuration dialog.

Then simply select the columns you want to display. The selected configuration settings will apply to all Gantt chart views that you navigate to.

New - Resource Dashboard & Placeholder Capacity

A new resource dashboard layout has been added to help you visualise the monthly resource allocation with month on month placeholder capacity view. The capacity line represents the placeholder pool total number per month based on the resource filter criteria that are applied to the resource dashboard.

Enhancement - New view added to to the Project with Status component

Use the View Layout option on the Project with Status component so display the project information alongside the status report details and component RAG breakdown.

Enhancement - Financials dashboard enhancements 

• The Financial Project Life View Excel report has been amended to include the following data:
  • Project Portfolio and Subportfolio  
  • Project EAC total, capex, opex as well as EAC variance from funding total, capex and opex 
• The Fiscal Year View Excel report has been amended to include the following data:
  • Project Portfolio and Subportfolio
  • Project FYF Variance capex and opex to the Fiscal year report 
• Both Excel reports do not include subprojects when exported from a project dashboard with the Parent Projects Filter on. The report only includes parent projects and show the financials roll up view.
• The Multi Year Financial Projection by Project component has been update to also to display the Project EAC variance capex and opex amount.

Other enhancements

• Status Report export to Excel new format
  • The Status Report export to Excel has been improved to also include the project details too. This includes the project metadata and the project reportable custom properties.
• Meeting PDF minutes layout has been improved.
• Sending meeting minutes bypass the opt-in notifications flag on the user's record, i.e. users will receive meeting minutes even if they have opted out of email notifications.
• The 200 character limit on action status update straplines has been removed.
• The capitalisation job generates capitalisation records for actuals up to the project implementation month. Until now, the job was considering the 1st day of the implementation month as the end date for generating capitalisation records, this has been changed to use the last day of the implementation month.
• The capitalisation percentage value in the FDE file is now based on whether the capitalisation record exists or not. Before it was an indicator on whether a capitalisation record will be created at some point in the future.
