The Project Details export file returns project information and meta-data for a project and all its sub-projects.

The report also includes the reportable custom properties for the project.

Field description

Column & Title	Description
ProjectId	The project unique ID in Fluid.
ProjectGuid	Fluid Global Unique Identifier for the project.
ProjectRef	The project external reference.
Project Name	The project name.
Shortcode	The project short code.
Methodology	The project methodology.
Project Type	The project type.
Cap Eligibility	Indicates whether the project is eligible for capitalisation.
Cap Profile	The project capitalisation profile.
Start Date	The project start date.
End Date	The project end date.
Created On	The date that the project was initially created on.
Project Implementation Date	The project implementation date.
Discretionary vs Non-discretionary	Indicates whether the project is Discretionary or Non-discretionary.
Amortisation Period	The period (in months) over which the project will be amortised.
Category	The project category.
FundingSource	The project funding source.
Status	The project status.
Immediate Parent	The immediate parent for the project in the Project Hierarchy.
Immediate Parent Id	The Fluid unique ID of the immediate parent project.
Immediate Parent Ref	The external reference of the immediate parent project.
Top Parent Project	The Top Parent project for the project in the Project Hierarchy.
Top Parent Project ID	The Fluid unique ID of the Top Parent project.
Top Parent Project Ref	The external reference of the Top Parent Project.
Program	The name of the program the project belongs to.
Program ID	The Fluid unique ID of the program the project belongs to.
Program Ref	The external reference of the program the project belongs to.
ReportingProgram	The Reporting Program the project is linked to.
Reporting Program Id	The Fluid unique ID of the reporting program the project belongs to.
Reporting Program Ref	The external reference of the reporting program the project belongs to.
Primary PM	The primary manager responsible for the project.
Primary PM Id	The primary manager's username.
Owner	The owner of the project.
Owner Id	The project owner's username.
Executive	The project executive.
Executive Id	The project executive's username.
Editors	The project editor.
Editors Id	The project editor's username.
Business Owner	The project business owner.
Business Owner Id	The project business owner's username.
Portfolio	The project portfolio.
SubPortfolio	The project sub-portfolio.
Business Driver	The project business driver.
Tier	The project tier.

Proposed Solution	Proposed solution of what the project will deliver.
Phase1End	The end date for the first phase of the project. The number of phase end dates to populate depends on the methodology selected for the project.
Phase2End	The end date for the second phase of the project. The number of phase end dates to populate depends on the methodology selected for the project.
Phase3End	The end date for the third phase of the project. The number of phase end dates to populate depends on the methodology selected for the project.
Phase4End	The end date for the fourth phase of the project. The number of phase end dates to populate depends on the methodology selected for the project.
