- people, meetings or other projects in the ecosystem have assigned TO the project.
- the project has raised and assigned to people, meetings or other projects.
- Actions/decisions from meetings that have been linked to the project.
- Tasks from boards that have been linked to the project.
Project Status Acknowledgements:
When setting a Red or Amber status for a component RAG on a project, a 'handshake' is sent to the owner of the mitigating actions for them to acknowledge their accountability for meeting the requirements of the mitigating actions.
This really helps to address the 'subjectivity' of red or amber 'plan-to-green' actions as an owner probably won't acknowledge his accountability if he doesn't agree with the mitigating actions and go-green-date as stated!
When a dependency is set on another project, an acknowledgement for that dependency is sent to the other project for the Project Manager to verify that they agree that the dependency exists. The acknowledgement is surfaced on the Action and Decision dashboard of both projects so that stakeholders for both projects can track status and feedback on the dependency request.
