Fluid makes it super easy to report on the status of your project and the plans for path-to-green!

Access the full status report history for the project or quickly generate a SteerCo report. Click on the information icon for more detail and for links to access the Knowledge Base.

-Red or Amber component RAGs need path-to-green mitigating commentary, with an owner (who will be assigned a message in Fluid to acknowledge their accountability) and a due date.

The Strapline is a high level 'elevator pitch' that speaks to the RAG status of the project. This is surfaced on all reporting and should be clear, concise and free of jargon or acronyms. The number of characters allowed for strapline is configurable


The overall RAG of the project, as well as a RAG for each of the components defined for the instance. The components to be reported on is 100% configurable - 

Status reports are used to provide an update of your projects to your sponsors, stakeholders or project team. What you report may therefore vary based on the audience the report is targeted to. The Executive Summary field allows you to provide an additional status commentary that you can use as an alternative update.
-Include what has been achieved and what are planned as next steps on the project as part of the status update.

A Red or Amber component RAG requires path to green mitigating commentary, an owner and a due date for resolution. You can also link a Risk or Issue from the project to the Red or Amber component.
